Prescriptions
For your convenience, prescription refill requests can be made via voice mail. This allows you to leave the necessary information without “holding” for a staff member. However, if your provider is not in, your request will not be addressed until he or she returns to the office. You will be prompted as to which number to press and you should have the exact name of your medication, the dosage and the name of your pharmacy readily available. It is helpful if you note any medication allergies in your message. Should you have any questions and need to speak with an on call staff, please note you may press 0 and speak with the operator for assistance.
