Appointments

Appointments can be made by calling your physician's direct line telephone number. If you are in extreme pain, or have an acute problem, please let the person answering the phone know this immediately. This allows us to give you the prompt attention you need.

At FAMILY MEDICINE ASSOCIATES, we try to stay on schedule, however, emergency situations may cause us to be delayed from time to time. If this should occur on the day you are scheduled to be seen, and you are unable to wait, please let us know so your appointment can be rescheduled.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance, if possible. We charge $25.00 to patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment or do not cancel within 24 hours prior. Insurance will not cover this charge. It will be billed directly to the patient and payment is expected prior to the next scheduled appointment.
