Appointments

Routine appointments can be made by calling 989-465-6163 during regular office hours.

If you are in extreme pain, or having an acute problem, please let the person who answers the phone know this immediately. This allows us to give you the prompt attention you need.

At Coleman Family Medicine Center, we try to stay on schedule, however, there are emergency situations that may cause us to be delayed from time to time. If this should occur on the day you are scheduled to be seen, and you are unable to wait, please let us know so your appointment can be rescheduled.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance, if possible. This will allow us to give your appointment time to another patient. If you miss two consecutive appointments, without notifying us a charge will be assessed to your account.
